The Hands-on 2 week-long National Workshop program was designed and conducted to empower and equip 535 School leaders, Subject and PE Teachers with the right set of Knowledge, Skills, and Attitude on how to design Sports and PE
based Activities for teaching Mathematics, Science, Social Sciences, English and Hindi (Class 6-8) Joyfully and Effectively. Activities designed are to be conducted by the Subject Teachers and/or PE Teachers / Coaches on the ground and in the classroom.
The hands-on workshop was aimed at giving them self-confidence and the ability to be creative and to teach them how to use Sports as a Teaching Pedagogy for experiential learning. Sports and physical activity integrated approaches make Teaching and Learning interesting and bring happiness to children.
