Leadership
Sujit Panigrahi
Founder and CEO
Sujit was the Head of Technology at Commonwealth Games Delhi 2010. Sujit and his team were responsible for planning, designing, commissioning, operations and decommissioning of a fully-integrated Multi-sport, Multi-venue Technology Infrastructure in all Competition and non-competition Venues to support the conduct of the games and deliver results from each of the 23 Venues to the world using Games Management System, Timing Scoring and Results Systems, Games Information Systems, Volunteer Portal amongst other systems..
In his earlier role, he had also worked on TV Graphics for Barcelona Olympics 1992, in collaboration with PESA Systems, Spain, which was reused at Atlanta Olympics 1996 and Sydney Olympics 2000. Sujit has worked with ESPN Star Sports, NDTV, DD and Zee TV in developing TV Graphics and Real-time Results Systems and Services for Sports and Parliamentary Elections.
Sujit is a Governing Council Member of Sports Sector Skills Council and Member of National Sports Committees of FICCI and CII. He is a graduate from BITS Pilani India.

Rashmi Sharma
Co-founder and Director - Sports Education and Talent Development
Rashmi is the Co-founder of Convergent Technologies, the technology arm of Sequoia Fitness and Sports. She has worked on various Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Client Servicing and Corporate Communication roles at at TBWA, Surya Roshni and Kuoni International. She has a Post Graduate diploma from IIMC and Graduate from Lady Shri Ram College, New Delhi. She has done her Schooling in France, Morocco, South Korea and India.

Dr. J. S Naruka
Director - Sports Skill Development
Dr. Naruka worked in the Commonwealth Games as the Deputy Director General – Venue Operations. His team was responsible for the operations across all venues. Dr. Naruka was Vice Chancellor, Laxmibai National Institute of Physical Education, Gwalior and Founder Director of Indira Gandhi Institute of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, New Delhi. He is an Adviser, Association of Indian Universities . He was the Director, National Olympics Academy, India and National Course Director – Solidarity Course in Sports Management and Leadership, International Olympic Commmittee. Dr. Naruka is M.PE and PhD from LNIPE, Gwalior.
